Clicking to install the certificate will open the Windows Certificate Manager.
Choose to Open the file, and then install.
The next window says: Welcome to the Certificate Import Wizard. Do you want to allow this to make changes to your computer? (Yes)
Click “Place all certificates int he following store” and click browser to navigate to “Trusted Root Certification Authorities”
