April

April is a Solutions Analyst at ITS. In this position, she responds to and solves technology problems the customer is experiencing as well as sets up new technology products. April has been involved with IT ever since she was young. Starting in high school, April participated in the School-To-Work program where she first learned about IT in schools. Upon graduation from high school, April attended the University of Northern Iowa. While in attendance, she worked in one of the IT departments there. After graduation from UNI, April started working for ITS. She says working at ITS has helped her knowledge in IT grow from just PC’s and printers, to almost every area of IT. She works hard to ensure each of our customers has a great experience with us, and loves to help our customers gain a better understanding of technology.
