When we transition from working at home to working at the office, only one setting on 3CX WebClient needs to be changed to start using the desk phone, making transitions easy. In addition, 3CX is also useful to us because our team members are often away from the office and working on-site during times of normal operation. The internet-based system allows the team to contact members that are currently away (or vice versa) through the 3CX mobile app, making communication easy and convenient.
