Are you looking for a way to communicate and collaborate internally with your staff or externally with clients during this physical isolation period? As a current user of 3CX (your phone service product managed by ITS), you have access to WebMeeting! If you are not already using 3CX web client with your IP Phone installation, there are several great remote tools to engage there as well.
Meetings can be accessed by any user running Windows, macOS, iPhone, or Android. Also, it can be accessed via Chrome Web Browser without having to install a client. The presenter must have the client application installed. The software allows for sharing of files, screens or simply video conference.

For current 3CX users:
The service is part of your 3CX license and is ready to be used when you are. There are no extra fees to use this tool, but you may need to run software updates on your phone server before installation (we can help with this!) If you’re interested, contact ITS and we will get you connected.
For new 3CX users:
During this time of uncertainty, new 3CX users can request three free years of 3CX Standard Licensing. This will provide users with a tool to be able to smoothly transition to remote work.
